Why subscribe to Another Brick?

After nearly 50 years of mindfulness meditation, I’m getting good at understanding when it’s time for another brick. The wall of life is never complete. Thankfully, we don’t always need to knock it down and rebuild either. Sometimes we just need another brick in the right place to shore things up. I have been teaching mindfulness since the 80s and came to Italy to live and work in 1990. I’ll tell you all about why I came, what I do and how I practice to build my own wall of life as we get to know each. When you subscribe you will get full access to my weekly newsletter, a look into my life and hopefully your own. Write to me and check out my website. Let me know what you think and what you’d like to know more about. Thanks.

A curious person who would like to share

Life is either quietly chugging along or a topsy-turvy roller coaster ride. Either way, it’s changing. I’d like to share the ways in which I have learned to find the ground under my feet through mindfulness. If you’re interested, every new edition of the newsletter will go directly to your inbox with how mindfulness and curiosity have become trusted friends over the years.

Just when everything seems set, something changes. Did we learn something new? Do we need to move some things around? Maybe we just need another brick. Spend some time with me as I share my thoughts about building the wall of life through mindfulness.
